Nardine Effat is a kind and compassionate individual who graduated with an Honours Baccalaureate Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph as well as a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning. Soon after, she became a member of the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and began working as a Registered Kinesiologist with the Oakville Rehab Centre and with Halton Healthcare Services as part of their Cardiac Rehabilitation Program in Milton and Oakville Hospital.
Nardine was a competitive synchronized swimmer and swim instructor for many years which developed into a great love for water. She is currently working towards the completion of Aquatic Therapy courses which will allow her to work with a wide range of individuals as an Aquatic Therapist in the upcoming year. Nardine has a loving heart and genuinely enjoys helping others. She eagerly volunteers her time to go on medical mission trips to Bolivia and Aroland each year.
Her positivity and holistic outlook towards health and wellness truly shine and have made her a welcome part of our team.
